By accessing or using Dhamark ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
Dhamark provides a Chrome browser extension and web portal that enables users to annotate web pages using voice commands and generate structured project management tickets (e.g. Jira, Linear, Notion). Features include voice transcription, screenshot capture, AI-generated ticket content, and integrations with third-party project management tools.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Dhamark reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service or its underlying models
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission from Dhamark
All content, code, branding, and materials provided by Dhamark are the exclusive property of Dhamark and its licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. Content you create using the Service (e.g. screenshots, transcripts, tickets) remains yours. You grant Dhamark a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account. Taxes may be applied based on your billing location.
Dhamark may offer a free tier with limited features. Free accounts are subject to usage limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless canceled.
The Service integrates with third-party tools including Jira, Linear, Notion, GitHub, Figma, and others. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Dhamark is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://dhamark.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Dhamark does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhamark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if Dhamark has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dhamark in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the Settings page. Dhamark may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
Dhamark reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
